Moccasins

Assorted hand made traditional beaded moccasins. Worn indoors as a northern slipper, or outdoors with rubbers, moccasins are warm, comfortable and durable. Acho Dene moccasins are made out of traditionally tanned moose hide which is prepared by scraping, washing, stretching and then smoking the hide. Each pair of moccasins is hand-sewn and decorated with colourful beaded designs and then trimmed with beaver fur. The moccasins are a practical work of art, meant to be worn all year long. Authentically designed in the Northwest Territories Canada. Each pair is one-of-a-kind. Handmade Moccasins run big, please order 1 or 2 sizes down for a snug fit.
