Large Round Birch Basket

A practical and unique addition to your home or workplace.  This round birch basket was handmade by the Dene people in Fort Liard, Northwest Territories in Canada's far north.

With a coloured porcupine quill design of a bird and pink and white flowers,  and held together with moose hide, this basket is light, durable and will last for years.  An original work of art reflecting the traditional ways of the Dene people.
